How it works.
After your free consultation, I’ll design a personalized coaching program built around your current lifestyle, goals, and preferences — structured over three progressive phases.
Each phase lasts 4 to 8 weeks and includes targeted movement and lifestyle objectives. As you move forward, the complexity of your exercises and habits will gradually increase to match your growing capacity and confidence.
I believe that sustainable progress comes from consistency, not quick fixes. That’s why the initial phases are focused on helping you build a strong foundation in movement, strength, and daily habits — setting the tone for both short-term results and long-term health.
My ultimate goal is to equip you with the tools, systems, and self-belief to confidently manage your physical and mental well-being for life.

Often, as our responsibilities grow we sacrifice the management of our health to excel in the other priorities of life - like taking care of our family, building our career, living out our passions and enjoying our social life. I’ve seen this happen to many people - including my clients, my own family, my peers and even myself.
Since becoming a Personal Trainer in 2016, I’ve helped busy, high-performing Kiwis find their own way to manage their physical health and upkeep their mental fitness through the process of strength training.
I pride myself on having the ability to connect your health & fitness journey into your fast-paced lifestyle. I focus on setting performance-based goals so not only are you showing up as the best version of yourself in the training room but also outside of it.
